WHAT DO WE DO?

We are not trying to be difficult when we use passcodes, encrypted links, verbal verifications, and identity screening questions. We are incredibly suspicious and take assets movement requests very seriously.

We receive national and industrywide cyber security alerts, have a network of industry resources who share attempts they are seeing so we can take precautions, we constantly are altering our methods of working with clients to address changes in threats to mitigate risks, we keep cybersecurity as a top priority for our employees with regular testing and ongoing training. We do much more but for security reasons, we will not go into more detail.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

  1. Please do not email documents with personal information directly to us as attachments. Instead, let us know that you would like to provide us with documents and we will discuss the safest method that works for you.
  2. If you notice your email account has been compromised, let us know immediately. The compromise of your email account can have significant ramifications and much more than just an email hack. We can provide you with guidance from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which is the best source for actions that can and should be taken. There is no need to search around the internet.
