Candice Tse, a Managing Director, with over 25 years at Goldman Sachs, leads the Strategic Advisory Solutions team within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Strategic Advisory Solutions delivers the Asset Management Division’s latest perspectives and analysis on global markets, strategic asset allocation, and innovative business strategies to institutional and intermediary clients around the world. With over two decades of industry experience, Candice leads the Strategic Advisory Solutions team globally in delivering in-depth expertise to help clients understand dynamic markets, focus on portfolio construction, and provide actionable ideas to help investors achieve their financial goals. 

Candice is a frequent conference speaker on the macro economy and global markets, covering all asset classes from equity, fixed income, to currencies and commodities. Candice is the creator of the GSAM EMPOWER the Investor framework, which addresses common investment challenges faced by Women, LGBTQ+, Asian, Black, and Next Generation investors, highlighting ways to build investment confidence and identifying solutions to help investors empower themselves financially.

In addition, she serves as Board Member for Junior Achievement of New York to help inspire and prepare young people to succeed in the global economy. Candice is also a recurring guest lecturer at Rutgers University, Villanova University, and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

About Eric Wightman

Eric Wightman is a Senior Wealth Advisor and Partner at XML Financial Group. He is dedicated to building lasting relationships with his clients and helping them navigate a complex world in order to build a sound financial and investment plan that centers around what matters most to them.

With more than 20 years of wealth management experience, Eric has been recognized for his accomplishments by various financial publications. He also previously hosted the podcast “Common Sense Investing,” with the purpose of educating investors. He considers himself a value investor and firmly believes that successful investing requires having a value-oriented financial plan. Before embarking on a career in financial services, Eric attended culinary school and worked at numerous award-winning restaurants and hotels throughout the country.

Eric is committed to service in his community and has helped with fundraising for a number of local charitable organizations such as Hope Cam, the Orphan Foundation of America and The Neediest Kids. In his time away from the office, Eric challenges himself by being active in endurance sports and recently completed his first full-distance Ironman in Copenhagen, Denmark.
