The restaurant industry has been hit hard by the pandemic, and even as some states lift restrictions on in-person dining, there are still a lot of questions about what the future might look like for the restaurant industry. On March 2, we will get answers to those questions in a must-see conversation with Dan Simons, Co-Owner of Farmers Restaurant Group. Farmers Restaurant Group is a collective of farmer-owned restaurants where diners can enjoy food grown, raised, and harvested entirely on American family farms.
Hosted by Brett Bernstein, CEO & Co-Founder of XML Financial Group, this event is your opportunity to hear key insights from a veteran of the restaurant industry.

Another Month of Covid, Another Team Zoom!
The leadership team had been discussing ways to engage the XML team on Zoom without going around the screen to see what everyone is up to or watching on Netflix. In early February, we again utilized Zoom with the breakout room feature this time to form smaller groups for a more intimate discussion. This was a fun and different way to engage with each other. The topic, of course, was Life after Covid — How do we think things will be forever changed due to the pandemic? We discussed things in the breakouts such as the following and then reported back to the full team:
Do we think people will change their behaviors, their routines?
Does anyone have any new habits that they have developed that they will keep when things normalize?
Do we think any businesses will change the way they function?
What will large gatherings such as concerts or sporting events will look like?
How will things change for our industry/XML?
While no one has all the answers, we do know things will change. One thing that won’t is our commitment to our clients and providing the same level of services to you and your family over the long-term.
