Michelle Cooper recently participated in a panel discussion for members of JWI's Young Women's Impact Network participating in the DC Financial Literacy cohort. She spoke to a group of women in their 20's and 30's about how to navigate finances during life's changes, such as getting married, purchasing a home, having children, and paying off student debt. Michelle discussed how to be prepared for the unexpected, such as the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, emergency medical treatments, or losing a loved one. This session provided participants insight into how to make smart decisions to prepare for their financial future.
