More job seekers than ever before are using ChatGPT and other AI tools to help with their searches. The most common use of AI is writing resumes, but cover letters, job and salary research, and other tasks are also on the list. Younger professionals are using these tools more than their older peers, with the highest adoption rates coming from Millennials and early Gen X.
